In terms of resources, financial products, and number of branches, Citizens simply can’t compete with other banks. So how do they win? By embracing what makes them different.

We developed a brand for Citizens that was bold and independent—borderline flippant, actually. Citizens celebrates being smaller, older, and more independent. Simply put, they’re the anti-bank.
