Typically, global corporations aren’t especially nimble. Oh sure, they may employ plenty of brilliant people, but those people are often hindered by corporate red tape. Consequently, new products and innovations are slow in coming to market.
Delta Faucet Company saw the obvious business benefit associated with fast-tracking new products. To that end, they developed a small, nimble team whose mission was to dream up new innovations and bring them market quickly. They engaged us for a sweeping (and ongoing) assignment that included naming, positioning, identity system, product marketing and more.
