The cheerful, overall-wearing farmer served as the face for a cooperative of small, Indiana-based farms and greenhouses. But as large commercial growers took more and more market share, the beloved Hoosier Boy faded from memory—until Schlegel Greenhouse asked us for help bringing him back.
